At its core, we help organizations:
identify gaps in organizational AI readiness and execution capability
strengthen leadership capability for AI implementation and digital transformation
reduce AI implementation risk by strengthening organizational readiness before, during, and after technology adoption

Shelliza Mohammed Ali is the Founder of Eight Aligned and a Human Systems Architect with over a decade of senior experience inside some of Canada's largest organizations.
She has led learning strategy, organizational capability, and people infrastructure at scale managing teams, multimillion dollar programs, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across financial services, retail, pharmacy, and telecommunication environments. Her work has consistently sat at the intersection of human performance and operational execution, designing the conditions that allow organizations to absorb change without losing ground.
What she kept seeing ,across industries, leadership levels, and technology investments was the same pattern. Organizations would invest in new systems and strategies, and the technology would work. The people infrastructure around it wouldn't. Governance gaps, capability misalignment, and execution breakdowns would quietly erode returns that looked promising on paper.
She designs human capability infrastructure by aligning leadership behavior, governance discipline, digital fluency, and performance architecture into operating conditions that hold as complexity accelerates.
Eight Aligned was built on that pattern recognition. The Eight Executing Conditions are not theoretical, they are structural drivers distilled from real environments under real pressure, designed to give organizations the human infrastructure their AI and digital investments actually require to perform.
Eight Aligned operates as a focused advisory practice supported by a network of experienced professionals across learning systems, analytics, governance, and digital capability. Engagements are structured based on client need, drawing on multidisciplinary expertise to ensure depth, precision, and execution strength.
The Eight Executing Conditions for AI Operating Readiness
When these conditions are intentionally designed and reinforced, organizations strengthen execution, reduce AI implementation risk, and absorb complexity without performance degradation.
-
How well the organization adjusts priorities, roles, and ways of working as conditions change
-
How pressure, conflict, and uncertainty are handled
-
How people work with technology and AI in day-to-day execution beyond adoption
-
How meaning, expectations, and decisions translate across teams, functions, cultures, and clients
-
How responsibility and downstream impact are recognized as speed and complexity increase
-
How decisions and actions align across the organization and interconnected systems
-
How learning shows up in changed behavior and improved execution
-
How well the organization thinks, decides, and acts together.
